Who we are

Edge is operated by Edge, — ("Edge", "we", "us").

You can reach us at any time at hello@edgeritual.app.

Adults only

Edge contains sexually explicit material and is strictly reserved for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, you have reached the age at which viewing adult content is legal where you are (in some places it is higher than 18), and viewing such content is legal in your country.

On your first visit, we ask you to confirm your age. Your answer is stored in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit. Never confirm on someone else's behalf, and don't let minors access Edge from your devices: parental control tools can block adult sites on shared devices.

If we learn that someone under 18 has used Edge Premium, we end their access and refund the payment.

What Edge offers

Edge is a companion for mindful edging and solo sessions. Among other things, it offers:

• free tools such as the edging timer, the stroke pacer, the gooning timer and JOI tools;
• guided audio sessions, some free for everyone and some reserved for Edge Premium;
• a clip feed and category pages showing videos hosted by third-party platforms, played through their official embed players or linked to their pages;
• an optional sync that lets a compatible Lovense toy follow the tools, through Lovense's own app and services;
• guides, and a live cam section showing rooms from a partner site.

The free features don't require an account. We may add, change or remove features over time. For as long as your Premium subscription runs, we keep the features included in Premium (described below) available, or provide equivalent ones.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Edge lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:

• let anyone under 18 use Edge, or use Edge where adult content is illegal;
• submit, link to or promote content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or anything else that is illegal;
• copy, scrape or extract Edge's content or data with automated tools, or put an unreasonable load on our servers;
• try to bypass Premium, the age gate or any security measure, or probe, attack or disrupt the service;
• share, publish or sell your Premium access code, or use someone else's code without their permission;
• copy, redistribute or resell Edge's guided sessions, texts, audio or artwork.

We may block access, or end Premium, for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules (see "Suspension and termination").

Third-party content and copyright

Most videos on Edge are not hosted by us. They are published on third-party platforms and shown through the official embed players those platforms provide, or linked to their pages. Those platforms are responsible for the content they host, and their own terms apply when you watch through their players. We don't control that content and can't guarantee it stays available.

If you believe something shown on Edge infringes your copyright, send us a notice through our DMCA page (/dmca). We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material.

To report any other illegal content — in particular anything you believe involves a minor or a person who did not consent — email hello@edgeritual.app. We treat these reports as a priority, remove the content from Edge, and report it to the competent authorities where required.

Ads, affiliate links and partner sites

Edge's free tools are funded by advertising and affiliate partnerships. Some pages show ads from adult advertising networks, and some links — for example to cam sites, to the Lovense shop or in the live cam section — are affiliate links: if you sign up or buy something after clicking, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what our tools do.

Rooms in the live cam section come from our partner Chaturbate's live feed and open on live.edgeritual.app, a site operated by that partner under its own terms.

Partner sites are run by independent companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their content, products, prices or practices, and anything you buy there (tokens, toys, subscriptions) is a contract between you and that partner.

Toy sync

The toy sync works through Lovense's app and servers. It requires a compatible toy and the Lovense Remote app, and Lovense's own terms apply to their use.

Use your toy as its manufacturer recommends. Commands can be delayed or lost because of your connection, Bluetooth or Lovense's services, so we can't guarantee that the toy will always respond exactly on time. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable.

Edge Premium

Edge Premium is a paid subscription. It includes:

• every guided audio session in full (without Premium, two sessions play in full and the others play a short preview);
• toy sync during the guided sessions;
• Edge without ads.

Plans and price. Premium is offered as a monthly or a yearly plan. The price, including applicable taxes, and the length of the period are shown before you pay. Each period is paid in advance.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same length and at the same price, and the payment method you used is charged at each renewal until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account page on Edge or directly with Verotel. Cancelling stops future renewals: you won't be charged again, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. It only applies from a renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.

Payment. Payments are processed by Verotel, which handles billing and sends your receipt. Your payment is also subject to Verotel's terms. We never receive your card details. Your bank statement shows a discreet Verotel descriptor, not "Edge".

Access code. After payment you receive a personal access code (format EDGE-XXXX-XXXX). It restores Premium on another device or browser. Keep it private: anyone with your code can use your subscription. Premium is for your own personal, non-commercial use. We may block a code that is shared publicly or used abusively, and issue a new one to the actual subscriber.

Requirements. Premium works in a recent web browser. Toy sync also needs a compatible Lovense toy, the Lovense Remote app and a working connection.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded online, without giving a reason.

Edge Premium gives you access to digital content immediately after payment. That's why, at checkout, we ask you to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Once you've given that consent and access has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Your consent is recorded with your purchase.

This doesn't affect your other rights. If Premium doesn't work as described, the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services applies, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when we refund.

Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Edge's name, logo, design, code, texts, guided sessions (scripts, voices and music) and artwork belong to Edge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them through Edge, for your own private, non-commercial use.

Third-party names and trademarks, such as Lovense or Chaturbate, and videos from third-party platforms belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse Edge.

Health and responsible use

Edge is made for pleasure and personal well-being. It is not medical, psychological or sexual-health advice, and it doesn't replace a professional.

Listen to your body: take breaks, stay hydrated, and stop if you feel pain, numbness or discomfort. If you have a heart condition or any other health concern, ask a doctor before intense sessions. If you feel your use of porn, or of Edge, is getting out of your control, consider talking to a professional.

Don't use Edge, its audio sessions or a connected toy while driving, operating machinery, or anywhere you need your full attention.

Availability

We work to keep Edge running smoothly, but it is provided as it is and as available. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that third-party videos or live rooms will stay available, or that every feature will work on every device. We may interrupt the service for maintenance, for security, or for reasons beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes the legal guarantees you have as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable losses that result directly from our failure to meet these Terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for the content, products or services of third parties (including video platforms, partner sites, our payment processor and Lovense), for events beyond our reasonable control, or for losses caused by a misuse of Edge or a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or willful misconduct, nor the rights you have as a consumer.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Edge at any time. If you have Premium, cancel it as described above.

We may suspend or end your access, including Premium, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if your access code is shared or abused, or if the law requires it. Except in urgent cases or where the law prevents it, we'll tell you why.

If we discontinue Premium altogether, or end your subscription without any fault on your part, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.

If a change significantly affects Premium subscribers, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then. Changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for, unless the law requires it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you're a consumer living in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country.

If you have a problem, please contact us first at hello@edgeritual.app: most issues are solved quickly that way.

If we can't resolve it together, as a consumer you can refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator (médiation de la consommation); write to hello@edgeritual.app for the details of the mediator we work with. Consumers in the EU can also get free help with cross-border disputes from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).

Otherwise, disputes are brought before the competent French courts — unless, as a consumer, you are entitled to bring your claim before the courts of the country where you live.
