One edging timer for every connected toy
Edge drives almost any connected sex toy, not just Lovense. Through Intiface Central, the free open-source toy hub, your Kiiroo, The Handy, We-Vibe, Satisfyer, Svakom or Magic Motion toy follows the edging timer and the stroke pacer: rhythm while you stroke, a soft hum or a still pause at the edge, a full stop at rest.
Lovense vibrators and strokers sync with Edge's timer and pacer through the Lovense Remote app.
- Max 2 · masturbator with vibration and contractions

How the sync works with Intiface Central
Intiface Central is a free, open-source app for Windows, macOS and Linux from the Buttplug project, the reference standard for connected toys. It talks to your toys over Bluetooth (or USB for some devices) and opens a small local server on your computer. Edge connects to that server from your browser, finds every toy Intiface sees and drives them with the edging timer or the stroke pacer. Nothing goes through Edge's servers: the commands travel from your browser to Intiface on the same machine.
Which toys work?
If Intiface Central supports your toy, Edge can drive it. That covers most connected brands: Kiiroo (Keon, Onyx, Pearl), The Handy, We-Vibe, Satisfyer Connect toys, Svakom, Magic Motion, Lelo's app toys, Vorze, Hismith machines, open-source strokers like the OSR2 and SR6, and Lovense toys too. The Buttplug project keeps the full list of supported devices up to date on its website, so check yours there if you're unsure.
What each kind of toy does
Edge reads what each toy can do and sends it the matching command. A vibrator throbs on the tempo, a strong pulse then a soft one, and builds up through the stroke phase. A stroker such as The Handy or the Kiiroo Keon moves up and down on every beat, with a longer stroke as the intensity rises. Rotating toys turn faster with the intensity, and machines speed up with both the tempo and the intensity. At the edge, vibrators drop to a low hum while strokers hold still, and everything stops during rest or when you pause.
Lovense or Intiface: which one to use?
For a Lovense toy, the Lovense option is the quickest: scan a QR code with the Lovense Remote app on your phone, nothing to install on your computer. For every other brand, or to mix toys from several brands, use Intiface Central on a computer. Both drive the same timer and pacer, with the same maximum intensity setting and the same test button.
Private by design
Edge has no accounts and stores nothing about your toys. With Intiface the connection never leaves your computer: your browser talks to Intiface Central on the same machine, and Intiface talks to your toy over Bluetooth. The toy library only loads when you ask to connect.
How to sync any connected toy with an edging timer
- Install Intiface Central
Download Intiface Central for free from intiface.com and install it on your Windows, macOS or Linux computer.
- Start the server and connect your toy
Open Intiface Central, press the big Start button, then turn your toy on and connect it in the Devices tab.
- Open the edging timer on Edge
In Chrome, Edge or Firefox on the same computer, open the edging timer or the stroke pacer, tap "Connect a toy" and choose "Other brands (Intiface)".
- Connect and test
Press "Connect to Intiface Central". Your toy appears in the list; set your maximum intensity and press "Test" to feel it.
- Start your session
Start the timer or let the pacer run: the toy follows the tempo while you stroke, eases off at the edge and stops at rest.
