Countdown
Strict tempo work, then ten to zero. Not one second before.

About this session
Countdown is firm and precise. From the first tick the voice tells you exactly how to stroke: on the beat, not faster, not slower, with sudden tempo changes to test your control. Two edges come along the way, each with a clear stop and a held breath, so you arrive at the end already close.
Then the countdown starts. Ten to zero, each number on its own, the metronome speeding up with every one. At zero you have permission, and the voice keeps you going until it's over. Commanding but never harsh, it lasts about twelve minutes and suits anyone who likes clear rules and a clean finish.
