First Edge
A gentle introduction to edging, one breath at a time.

About this session
First Edge is where most people start. A warm, calm voice welcomes you, helps you settle in with a few slow breaths, then explains what an edge actually is: the moment just before the point of no return. The metronome starts slow, at a pace that leaves room to notice what you feel, and only picks up gradually.
You reach the edge twice. Each time she tells you when to stop, keeps you there with your breathing, then lets the feeling settle before you climb again. At the end, the choice is yours: follow the faster beat and finish, or take your hand away and save it for next time. It lasts about ten minutes and is free in full.
